The after-sales service unit of Poyandegan Rah Saadat has been launched in 1999 along with installing the first production of the company.

Over the years, the number of installed systems has been increased, and according to that the methods of this unit have been improved as well.

The number of employees of this unit has been expanded from 2 employees to 66 and now they operate under an independent unit. 45 of these employees are after-sales service experts. 33 of them are deployed in different provinces and 12 of them are working in Tehran. 21 of the employees are working in separate sections including administrative, system repairs, board repairs, warehouse, standards, training, ventilator, etc.

In the installation and service statistics section, the number of weekly visits, the diversity in each province, and the number of installed systems in that province have been estimated.
