The after-sales service unit of Pooyandegan Company has been set up since 2000, at the same time with the start of production of the company’s products.The number of installed systems has increased year by year and service methods have been improved accordingly. So that the number of personnel of this unit has been increased from two people under the production unit to 66 people under the independent unit.This personnel includes 45 experts, 33 of whom are in different provinces and 12 in Tehran province, along with 21 support personnel, including departmental units, system and board repairs, storage, standard, training and ventilator. In the statistics of installation and services, the volume of weekly visits and its variety in each province and the number of systems installed in that province are given
